We are thrilled to inform you about an exciting career opportunity at Tràng An Travel. We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to join our dynamic team as an Inbound Tour Operator.

As an Inbound Tour Operator, you will be responsible for booking and operating inbound tours and travel services in Vietnam and Indochina. You will manage all aspects of tour logistics, take care of tourists, and handle any arising issues promptly. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage relationships with service providers.

Key Responsibilities:

Booking & Operations:
- Book and operate inbound tours and travel services in Vietnam.
- Manage bookings and ensure all arrangements are in place for a smooth tour experience.
Client Care:
- Follow up with tourists to ensure their needs are met and their experiences are enjoyable.
- Handle any issues or emergencies that arise during the tours.
Service Provider Management:
- Survey and evaluate service providers, including hotels, restaurants, and transport fleets.
- Research and develop new tour products and attractions.
- Identify and negotiate with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and quality service.
Administrative Tasks:
- Maintain accurate records of tour operations, including client details, bookings, and financial transactions.
- Prepare and submit operational reports to the management team.
Cross-Departmental Support:
- Assist other departments when necessary under the direction of superiors.
- Be willing to switch to the Sales Team if required.

Qualifications:

Experience: Requires 3 years of experience as a group tour operator.
Languages: Basic English reading and writing skills are required
Skills:
- Experience in organizing and operating inbound tours.
- Careful and accurate, with knowledge of travel routes.,
- Dedicated, responsible, and proactive in work.
- Ability to handle problems that arise effectively.
- Basic IT skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Good health and the ability to travel when needed.
- Willingness to learn and strong communication skills.
